Used daily by business, students,
teachers, and several others every day-Microsoft Office is extremely
resourceful to today’s society. From
writing a paper on Microsoft Word to presenting a presentation using Microsoft
PowerPoint, the limits are virtually endless.
Now, another everyday device used by everyone as well, may be getting
the Microsoft software on their devices.
Apple products such as the iphone and Ipad, may be lucky enough to
receive Microsoft software on their products.
This would truly be shooting two birds with one stone, because you will
soon be able to type out a paper or record your budgets with the touch of a few
buttons on your Apple devices.
Apple users
have been waiting for this to come out for several years now. From having to boot up your whole computer,
which can be a huge hassle for many, to being able to open whatever Microsoft
application you please with the touch of a button will be extremely helpful to
many. Apple has recently said that they
were “Ready to go” however they will not announce when this new update will be
taken place. Could it be on a new
software update, like the large one unveiled in the fall of 2013? Or perhaps it will come out as part of the
apps that comes pre downloaded, when the newest version of the iphone comes
out. Whenever it happens do be, many
users, including myself, hope it will be relatively soon.
Sever have
become frustrated that this new release did not come out sooner that it already
has. One analysts for a magazine called
“Singapore Today” stated that Apple has lost 2.5 billion dollars in total
already because they have not released this new product earlier. Taking into consider that there are over 200
million ipads in total, the magazine concluded that Apple could have been
smarter and released the product a lot sooner, and therefore made much more
money than they already do.
Apple finally
did announce in a company blog post, that they will be releasing the product on
the apple computer devices, as well as ipads for around $70. This will be allowed to be used on up to two
devices total, and will be called the “Microsoft Office 365”.
