Missouri Possibly Next State to Legalize Marijuana

A state lawmaker from Missouri has recently filed a bill to make Missouri the next state to legalize recreational marijuana.  While Colorado is the only state currently allowing recreational marijuana, Washington State allows the use of marijuana for medical use only.  However this would be greatly beneficial to all of the community of Missouri, there will be a lot of taxes and stipulations on the use of marijuana, if the bill happens to be past.
First Colorado, the Washington, and now possibly Missouri, the only question is: how will be next?  Missouri will be the third state in the nation to allow the use of marijuana legally.  If the bill is passed in Missouri, it will be greatly beneficial to the community and of course the economy.
There will be several stipulations on the product; that is if the bill is passed.  The use of marijuana for recreational causes would impose a tax that would be 25%.  Too many, this high percentage may seem outrageous, and it is.  However this high percentage seams outrageous, but many are just happy that the use of recreational marijuana may become legal very soon.  Other stipulations include state set up licensing for growers and sellers, therefore not just anyone not just anyone can produce or sell marijuana legally.  The rules will be a lot like alcohol, you must be of twenty one years of age to use it, and you cannot operate a vehicle while under the influence of the drug.  Also, like mentioned before, there will be licensed sellers and producers of the drug, just as alcohol is.
Under the bill that has been imposed, there would be allowed one retailer for every 2,500 people.  Also, the city of Saint Lewis is allowed to have up to 400 retailers, however only 127 of the 400 will be allowed in the actual city itself.  There will be several stipulations overall over the use of the recreational drug, if the bill is passed, and this can be a good thing.  Missouri should have a lot of stipulations because they haven’t ever tried anything like this, and things could get out of hand if the rules weren’t firmly set and enforced properly.
The last stipulation to the proposed bill would allow anyone without a license to have up to one pound of the recreation drug legally.
